With temperatures where I live topping 25˚C in April, it’s shaping up to be a very early summer! This crazy fast-forward means we’ll enjoy home-grown produce extra early: asparagus, spring onions and rhubarb – yippy! Of course, Canadian beef is never out of season – Canadian beef’s your local beef, after all. And a great steak on the barbecue this May long weekend is the best way to kick off your shoes and toast the summer season!
