Thanksgiving: Thank a Farmer

I’ve always taken Thanksgiving quite literally – to mark the day, I take a moment to pause, look around, and give thanks for the gifts in my life – including the good food that we have here in Canada.  And since my job keeps me in tune with agriculture, I take time to thank a farmer.
