The World’s Longest BBQ takes place on Saturday August 2nd, 2008.�Food writer, Anita Stewart, began this initiative in 2003 in support of beef farmers and ranchers.� The event has since expanded so it now includes all Canadian farmers and fishers, encouraging us to cook an entirely Canadian meal on the BBQ at 6 p.m. (regardless of your time zone).
