Jessica joined the Beef Information Centre in 2001 in a dual role as Project Coordinator for the Product Development portfolio and Retail Merchandising Specialist on the Retail Team.
Jessica worked for National Grocers in their Perishable Procurement and Merchandising head office for nine years - over half in the role of Meat Merchandising Specialist for Loblaw Companies. Her main responsibilities were integrity and execution of promotional programs in Ontario and Quebec Loblaw stores.
Previously, Jessica held positions in the Nutrition and Food Services department at the St. Catharines General Hospital. |
