This recipe makes a simple lunch to enjoy prior to the Thanksgiving feast OR use as a dinner idea for relief from turkey overload after Thanksgiving weekend.

frozen Big Batch Ground Beef |
| ¼ cup (50 mL) |
sodium-reduced beef broth |
| ¼ cup (50 mL) |
hoisin sauce |

green onions, thinly sliced
Bibb lettuce leaves
Fresh lime wedges
Shredded carrot and cucumber
Chopped cilantro or mint |
- Combine Big Batch Ground Beef, beef broth, hoisin sauce and green onions in large skillet over medium-high heat. Heat through, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
- Spoon warm beef mixture into individual lettuce leaves to serve.
- Top with squeeze of lime juice and serve with toppings such as shredded carrot, cucumber, chopped cilantro or mint. Roll up with your hands to eat.
Cook’s Notes: Korean Beef mixture is also great served over rice instead of in lettuce cups.
